What counts as an active learner?
A learner who submits at least one assessment response in the billing month. Learners you invite but who never respond are not counted.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you do not choose a plan, your workspace becomes read-only so you can still export your data.
What file types can I upload?
PDF and plain text today, including slide exports. A 42-page course PDF is typically analysed in under a minute.
Do learners need accounts?
No. You share one link, they enter a name or email, answer, and results flow straight into your workspace.
Who owns the uploaded material and learner data?
You do. We process it to provide the service and you can delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
